3 days in heavenCorcovado National Park
Clownf1sh, Oxford, 14 feb 2010

We spent a fantastic 3 days in Corcovado National Park. Our guide was Roger from Puerto Jimenez. He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew pretty much everything there was to know about the birds of Corcovado (a real bird enthusiast). In fact Roger knew about all aspects of the park and with his eagle eyes, we saw an amazing amount of wildlife - crocs, tapir, 4 species of monkey, snakes, frogs and more bird species than I can remember - the highlights being a peregrine falcon and osprey. Roger was very laid back, friendly and had good English - we definitely recommend him as a guide - fabulous!
